this video is for the UU "All Things Reggae" ukulele contest!

the winning prize is a BEAUTIFUL Concert Mainland Ukulele.

the song "Sea of Love" was originally written by John Phillip Baptiste, but as most of you know, Cat Power covered it for the movie Juno [which i absolutely LOVE].

this is my first entry, but since each participant is allowed three total, you'd better believe i'm making two more!

i threw this together as soon as i heard about the contest, but hopefully you guys still think it's ok.

wish me luck, and be on the lookout for two more entries coming soon!

  • thanks so much! if my memory serves me correctly, i got the chords from ultimate-guitar. their site has a buttload of awesome chords and tabs

  • It's nice cause it's not as depressing as the original. Both versions are beautiful, but this one has it's own twist. I love it.
