Have you thought of using a Mruphy bed or something like that because it would really give you more convertible space? Great find you have there.

Do construction trailers usually have much insulation? Would a small woodstove be enough to heat this OK?

Keep the window bars good for bears, and gas furnace. Dig a john out back and a put 2 connected 55gal drums in the ground for gray water. No need for a large bathroom just a sink and shower. Keep us posted on your build up.
Didn't say how much you have invested, good idea, office trailers are cheap?
