Do not order a contract with a free gift from the car phone warehouse, most likely out of the views iv seen online the gift will have a fault . check online reviews before you choose to go with this cowboy company. customer service is awful so if your like a lot of people out there who demand on good reliable service, don't count on it with this company.

This is what happens when someone replies who does not know the facts. I have worked for CPW, therefore I know more than you. People from their repair department told me confidentially, that CPW must be buying B-ware to very attractive prices. We all know what can happen with B-ware, dont we ?
The estimation of returns (50:50) are benn given to me from the repair department directly.
The networks obviously dont buy B-ware. So there you go.

@halo2pc Carphone warehouse do not make the phones, they just sell them. They cannot be to blame if a phone becomes faulty. As if all technology SOMETIMES items do go wrong. So what your saying is go to the networks... Do they make phones...????
No I believe they dont, they prob buy the stock from the very same place Carphone buy them from then sell to the masses!!!
