what kinda groupings was he getting with the AK?

I (the guy shooting it in the first scene) was getting 10 inch groups at 50 meters. Better at 25. TJ was getting similar groups.... that ak was fairly accurate (for an AK haha)... with a red dot and some work it could get better--maybe not as good as the guy with the M4 w/EOtech in the background--but yeah it's an AK-47.

what type of mauser was it?

I'd have to ask my friend paul... because I'm used to the k98... but this one had a new stock and a different safety mechanism.

well the stock you can add a new one but i would have left it like that cause it was a WW2 weapon and doesnt look good with a synthetic stock.
