Those pushups will not count when you go take your physical fitness test. Arms have to be parallel to the ground.

Do all this in winter time immersing yourself in 40 F water intermittently and then diving into the dirt. Do this all day, while people are shouting at you and firing .30 cal blanks next to you.
This is weak man... This is only part of a crossfit/military WOD called the "Murph". It is a time challenge racing against yourself... To cheat your way through this workout is a disgrace to the great man this WOD is dedicated to.
The real workout consists of:
A one mile run
300 sit ups
200 push ups
100 pull ups
another mile
You should aim for a time below 40:00 which is an amazing time.

@MrAcedPk this person is not pretending to be doing anything more than he is. he's a skinny guy who is doing something really impressive for a guy of his size. once he achieves this hopefully he won't stop there and will go on to do the training the way you speak about it.
