What has the democratic party done for blacks, but give them more welfare, more slums, more hand outs? Blacks had the largest increases in prosperity under Republican Presidents. The war on poverty has failed, and yet they will keep voting for the democrats to get the next measly hand out. Washington is the master, and those dependent on it are the slaves.
