THE HISS SOUND IS BECAUSE OF THE COMPUTER MONITOR!

This circuit is a re-design of the New Clipper from Runoffgroove.com to act as an overdrive module instead of a distortion box. On these tests i used one TL072 because the only one TL071 i had wasn't working and now i only have the 72's.

My mods from the original design were:

-Changed the two input voltage divider resistors from 22k for 3k9. it gives the same gain and less noise.

-changed the 150K resistor for a gain control based on a 100k potentiometer in series to a 10k resistor (wich can be changed to your taste for the lowest gain config. just remember: higher value, gain raised.)

-changed the 150 ohms resistor connected to the 4u7 capacitor for a 47 ohms resistor for a bit more of gain to not loose much of the original volume (remember: lower values on this resistor raises the gain but will also add more basses)

-changed the output ircuit for a 10u capacitor, one 10k resistor in series, and used a 4n7 capacitor as the low-pass filter because i didn't had the original 3n3 ... but can be adjusted for taste.

sorry for my shitty playing. enjoy.
