【螃蟹三味】
主料/ 螃蟹6隻、冰塊1包、紫蘇6片、薑末1大匙

【油燜蟹】
調味料 /奶油1大匙、麻油1大匙、鹽1大匙
做法 /鍋中放入3碗水加入奶油1大匙、麻油1大匙、鹽1大匙煮15分鐘、撈起切開即可

【白灼蟹】
調味料 /鹽1大匙
做法 /鍋中放入1碗水加入鹽1大匙、煮15分鐘、撈起切開即可。

【紫蘇蒸蟹】
調味料 /柴魚片少許、白醋3大匙、糖2大匙、鹽少許
做法 / 將螃蟹倒立放入蒸籠中、放上紫蘇葉蒸15分鐘、取一小鍋子放入柴魚片少許、白醋3大匙、糖2大匙、薑末1大匙、鹽少許、略煮至糖融化即成薑醋汁、倒入碗中做為沾料。
