Dude, just figured out something awesome. Mute this video and pull up "Yoshida Brothers- Storm", and start that song at 0:30, then start this video.

It's almost perfectly synced with the action sequences, and fits the graphics a bit better than the normal theme.

@KosaiAvonej and in many episodes you can also see Tohru's Mazda Roadster MX-5 (or at least one of the same exact color and trim), I smell Initial D too :P still, Wangan Midnight is pure awesomeness as much as Initial D

i Have seen a 240 Z exatcly like this. only it had an RB26 conversion but it still made 650 HP and to support this the whole chassie was re-enforced. it was damn quick. wish they still made wangan midnight episodes :(

@CaptainSpadaro I'm not really sure if a 260Hp FC and a 350HP FD could keep up with a over 600HP Fairlady. On a highway that is.

But this highway racing sure has its appeal. Weaving through the traffic like that at those speeds must be extremely tough

I wish this show would get licensed. Funimation did a pretty decent job with their Initial D dub, so my vote would go to them.
