Please change the name of this video. This is a speedpaint, not a tutorial by any means. People new to photoshop, and even moderate users have no idea what youre doing.

You need to change the name of this video. Your wasting peoples time. If you want to show off your art just put speed painting by whomever. Your arts very nice but this teaches me nothing.

Hi, could you please explain one thing to me?
Do you paint everything on one layer or do you create more layers?
I'm new to digital painting (obviously), and I've noticed different people use a number of layers in the process.
I don't fully see the use for more than 1 or 2 layers, so I was hoping you could take a little time to give me some info on this.

i'd like to get into digital painting but i've only been able to draw. it seems.... simple enough, just draw the basic image then add colors in different tones to add shadows and depth right? i could probably teach myself to do it in a rudementary way with enough time :l

@JkangelI just use the soft brush with low brush opacity... practice with brush and dont get to depend on smudge :)
