Why do you keep only 1 pikmin?

@tripelon When I have a lot of pikmin, I tend to feel really aggro. I also tend to make stupid and unsafe mistakes. When I have 1 pikmin out, I force myself to stay safe. My style changes with only 1 pikmin and surprisingly, I do better with 1 lol.

@GimpStyleMadness Nice!, finally someone who thinks just like me XD. I actually when i play only 1 Pikmin i use Yellow Pikmin u can do a lot of combos ;) cause u can do fast atacks with him ;) try it.

Hey LT, if you can, try using just Purps and yellows when you play as olimar, whether it be individually or both at the same time.

I've never seen this 1 pikmin strategy before, but it's suprisingly epic... Risky, since you won't have any vertical recovery what-so-ever, but it certainly forces you to play it safe and abuse the whistle, and get a lucky super-armor or two in there. Aside from knowing exactly what Pikmin you'll use next without needing to think as fast as a supercomputer, as well as forcing you into a more defensive roll, I don't see much benefit to it, TBH.

But it's still awesome. :D

Ooooh, single pikmin strategy. That's interesting. I'm going to try that strategy, but with 2 pikmin. Easier to manage 2 really good pikmin instead of 6 randomly generated Pikmin that may not be the type you want when you throw out a smash attack :| I'll only bump it up to 6 when Olimar takes a lot of damage, to recover easier or something.
