I have read most of the comments here, but disagree! hahaha I think he created a bizarre version of him, everything he pours while cooking is a litle piece of his life or what he is (music, his image/mirror, alcohol, traditions, memories, etc). At the end of the video he did not create a girl, it is him, even the eyes are his! well thats what I see!

I personally have met glen and asked him to explain the video. In short, he wrote it for his wife. He makes that girl and eats her because he is maing a metaphor where oyu are so obsessed with someone you become apart of them like you ate them. Hope that helped!
