The internal battery is likely dead. It can be replaced pretty easily.

Wow this level is awesome, if i do say so myself. I can't believe Crash rides in a magic carpet and becomes a genie! that is so cool-Anyone know the name of the level? it looks similar to the one found in Crash 3. I AM A TOTAL TRUE CRASH FAN! (dies of happiness)

well... I don't know the name of the level, but the first arabic level is in the first island. This is the second level, and also in in the first island.
