Hey, thanks for watching! Yes, I LOVE the Feelies, especially The Good Earth (I think that's what it's called, I haven't listened in a few years!). We totally need some of that indie-rock vibe in the Heights...

Nah--I love Washington Heights, which litter/rats/noise aside is easily the most beautiful in the city in terms of architecture and geography. I also love ruins.
