Ballmer failed to say that Microsoft shuts down your Windows computer if they even _think_ that it's not "genuine", and that take information from your computer without your knowledge, update you computer even if turn auto updates off. Microsoft has no credibility whatsoever. Ballmer needs to shut his rude mouth.

I dare to disagree with you. Hotmail's never failed me through 5 years of usage.. Plus it's got some excellent mobile device support (WP 7.5); the same applies to SkyDrive, Messenger, Office Web Apps, xBox Live, OneNote sync... the only thing I don't like is these are Windows Phone-exclusive... And though I'm a huge fan, Win 8 is most likely going to be a fail.

Did he mention that Gmail hides all your spam (you never see it) and Hotmail pummels you with spam even when you block it (you have to manually block it).
