  • Not sure bethal, from the video it looks as though you won't need a second rise with this technique.

  • slow rise is better, pan bread 2 rises, loaf bread 3 rises, useing a starter makes better bread.

  • Fast bread is not good bread

  • cool video!!!!!!!! Is this the first or second rising? Do you have to punch it down and it rise for a few hours more? thanks
