This man cannot be a lawyer at least i hope not, are you kidding me or what.First he didnt say how to get out of a speeding ticket in anyway, so why is this titled the way it is?Second always go to court and tell the truth and most of the time you will not receive any points.95% of the time your better off without a lawyer,without a doubt and i will argue this with anyone and my answer will be the same,get it?If i had my way judges would have to move from county to county each two weeks.

Well this sucked. This wasn't helpful at all.
The cops word against yours. Cop always has a better character reputation with the judge than the motorist. You lose and pay.
If you just pay the ticket you lose and pay.
Then if you get a lawyer, you lose and pay him.
What a system we have. You suck.

BULLSHIT. You always have a defense.
You can easily impeach the officer as a witness. You can also prove a conflict of interest by asking three questions to a judge:
1) Am I entitled to a fair trial?
2) Can I get a fair trial if there is a conflict of interest?
3) Who do you represent?
This exposes their whole scam. Now it's not easy to get this to work. It would help to wear a suit and tie when you do it. But impeaching a cop is very easy.
