Almost anyone living within 100 miles of the coast has witnessed this typically mouthy and nasty kind of woman on a tear in a parking lot, a restaurant, or a grocery store. It's a wonder more of them don't get slapped, maybe if their parents had actually parented then we would see this kind of thing, but we do.
