  • @schoeds Pretty ignorant in front of your keyboard asshole! I said it sounded like a two stroke. I was only hoping the new sound of the 1100 turbo was like that. I'd love to have all your friends lined up that hill and let them read your ignorant comment then let them watch us race. Assholes like you never can back up thier big mouths! I'm not saing I'd be faster than guys like Tapio but I'm pretty sure you wouldn't even make it up the hill!

  • 2011* NOT 2012.

  • fuuuuuuck! that thing goes!

  • @MegaKoolkiller, Agree...

  • @addrenjunky, sorry, wrong again. M8, 2-stroke think of it... I never owned a 4-stroke. The diff between my M8 and a M1100T is about 20 hp in fav for the M1100T. The weight diffrence My machine weight in at about 250 kg ready to run and the M1100T weight in on about 255 kg dry. So a little oil, cooling and little gas then you are up at 265 kg (very little gas). So redy to run The big bore 4-stroke (2012) is maybe 15-20 lbs heavier than my M8 2011. Not much! .

  • @m8pwa it is clear that you ride a tank yamaha sled. They make good bikes, but yamaha sleds have been under achievers since the early 80 s. I will stand behind my first reply to you, 2 strokes rule!

  • @addrenjunky, about why they are tired of them, the main cost for building an engine is the personal cost as long you dont made them in china. The other is the engineering behind them. To get a new motorserie you have to put some money in. If you could use Motorcycle engines you cut that cost. If you build in bigger series... but you would never undestand.

  • @addrenjunky So with the same amount of parts in the R1 and the old RX-1 and the R1 is still lighter with exhaust than RX1- was without. Alloys you stupid f***. All of you reading this, adrejunky or whatever is one of those who thinks that lead and magnesium alloys has the same weight.

  • @addrenjunky, so the E-tec 250 hp with what 3.3 litres could not be heavier than an Yamaha 250 4-stroke with 4.2 litres. Sorry bud The Yamaha is LIGHTER. So when you come down from that crack something I can tell you what... Its not how many parts, its what they are made of. About the cost, the cost is not only parts dummy, it is the whole line cost. The people, the equipment. So I bet that the Yamaha Genesis engine 4 cyl 4-stroke is not far behind small series 2-strokes. Consider MC production.

  • @m8pwa dude your an idiot! there is no way possible a four stroke could ever be lighter that a 2 stroke. more parts equals more weight!

Why would you think the manufactures are as you say pretty tired of the 2 strokes? they are cheaper to build, and they only warranty them for a couple months considering how short sled season is!Do yourself and all of us a favor and disable your keyboard whenever your surfing you tube!
