It's been two years since a deadly rampage at Fort Hood. Now, the wife and daughters of victim Michael Cahill and the sister of victm J.D. Hunt are talking about what they want people to remember about their family members. (Nov. 5)

@narutofoxs Probably because civilians contractors were on base/involved. Also, SWAT is trained to minimize excess casualties, where the army is trained to curb stomp all in their path.

@narutofoxs I know its a bit wierd. I know millitary law is diffrent from civilain law. I geuss if a guy gives an order then maybe they have troops deployed? I dont know. I'm just assuming and trying to fill in the blanks my self.
