interesting story: so i went to my 2:00 class and there was like 3 other pple there and it was like 5 min before class started then we looked at the syllabus/schedule turns out we didn't have class so that's why i'm posting now instead of at 3:30 & this is the second time i've gone when there was no class.... i'm so studious that i go even when there's no class lol :) yeah i know not that interesting but whatever lol now on to the story:
Devon's P.O.V.
The week went by fairly slowly, we watched movies for most of the time. A few times we would be interrupted by my brother saying something like "Be quiet, I'm trying to watch T.V." or something else along those lines. After a boring week at my house we made the journey to California. The guys showed us all the cool places to go and we were having a blast. I was really starting to like L.A., which didn't help the fact that Joe wanted me to transfer.
"Just think about it, please," Joe told me.
"Fine," I said. I knew he just wanted to be closer to me, but it was still annoying.
Before we knew it it was time for school to start. Again the school year was boring, I mean what can compare to a going on an international tour of Europe with your boyfriend? During the spring semester the guys went on tour again, which was convenient since we were busy with classes. That summer we stayed in L.A. with the Jonas family. Of course we hung out with Amanda too and Namra came and visited us for a few weeks too. Then it was time for school once again and another tour for the guys.
I was now a junior in college and the real world was quickly approaching. For the spring semester I was able to study abroad in L.A. and I loved having Joe around, when I wasn't stressed with classes that is of course. I also went to L.A. my senior year as well.
"What am I going to do in 2 months?" I asked Joe. We were sitting on his couch and it was 2 months until graduation.
"You can stay with us," Joe suggested.
"But I need a job, I haven't thought about a job yet," I said. I was stressing out just a little.
"Don't worry, it'll be fine," Joe told me.
"But what if," I started but Joe stopped me by giving me a kiss. "But," I tried again, which led to the same result as before. I continued to try to get my point across for another two minutes or so.
"Are you doing this just so I'll kiss you?" Joe asked me after a while.
"Maybe," I said smiling and we both laughed.
"Excited?" Joe asked me two months later.
"Yes! I can't believe I'm finally done with school," I said.
"Not yet. You still have a few hours until the ceremony is over," he laughed.
"I know. Why did I have to go to such a big school? This is going to take forever. Ugh! Are you prepared to sit there for hours on end watching random people getting their diplomas?" I asked.
"Do I have a choice?" he laughed.
I sat in my chair for almost 5 hours. I was spacing out so much, it's hard to focus on people you never know graduating, it's not like my high school graduation where there was 90 kids so I knew everyone. It was finally my turn and I heard Joe, Nick, Kevin, Sam, Sara, Amanda, Namra, my parents, and brother cheering loudly for me and I just laughed as I got my diploma and officially finished college.
"Congrats!" everyone said as they ran up and gave me hugs (and of course a kiss from Joe) once the ceremony was finally over.
"Thanks!" I said smiling.
"I wish we were done," Sam and Sara said.
"5 days and plus you're done with classes," I commented.
"But still", they said laughing.
"Come on were going to celebrate," Joe told me.
We went out to dinner at a nice restaurant and just had a good time. We went to both Sam and Sara's graduation of course and we all moved to L.A. afterwards. Joe and I moved in together and so did Sam and Kevin and Sara and Jesse. I can't believe I've been dating Joe for almost four years. I quickly found a job and I even coached skating at the local rink.
"Hey, I'm home," I said coming into the house.
"Hey," Joe said kissing me.
"I still can't believe this house is ours. It's perfect," I said. It had been about two weeks since we moved in.
"Anything for you, but just so you know, it's not as perfect as you," Joe said smiling at me.
"Wow, nice on Joe," I said laughing and giving him a kiss.
"Hey, I want to take you out tomorrow is that okay?" Joe asked me.
"Of course," I said.
"Good, you'll have to dress up," he said.
"No problem, you know I like getting dressed up," I said. I was left to wonder where Joe would be taking me, but knowing him it would be perfect.
what's Joe gonna do? comment!!!!
