the police are twats!

@montg2perfection Unfortunately, like the London Taxi trade, there are a few bad apples in the police, but I have called on their services a dozen times and they have been ace.

We have the most reasonable police in the world, which is reflected by the fact they don't routinely carry firearms.

How on earth does someone get themselves into that situation? I take it the video is edited where the police officer tries to resolve the situation verbally.

@hail1234567890 No, there is no editing. I started filming at the point you all see. I didn't want to get to close and have myself arrested, so kept my distance and couldn't pick up what was being said. He was lead into the police car for about 20 minutes then let out un-cuffed. I have not added any commentary to this, or passed any judgement, this will be for the courts to decide.

has anyone noticed the TFL worker who tries to stand in the way, to hide what is going in so the camera does not see what is happening? he deserves to be shot. THAT IS BRITISH JUSTICE.

This typical of the slow decline of police. A peaceful demonstrator for a legal cause that is bullied to the ground by matcho tuff cop.

Where is that copper in the evening when streets infested by touts and clip board johnnies

At home with a cup of coco or harrassing someone for a minor offence .

I used to have my own hackney cab in another town. I went to London for a night out (I was not working) and got stopped in the City by 5 MET traffic cops. They looked under the bonnet and tampered with my brakes to made it look like they were not working, then told me I could not drive my car one more inch without an MOT. I had the car taken 60 miles home by the RAC and MOT'd the next day. The car went through without a fault. I learned my lesson - question EVERYTHING they do when they stop you.

he must have done something really serious by the way the way plod no 2 came running over and secured him with his knee . The police must have thought he was a highly dangerous criminal and feared for their own safety ! I'm surprised they didn't seal of the whole area and call for back up !! perhaps an armed response unit !! and they wonder why their not liked by Joe public .

I find it most upsetting that the cab trade has to go to this length to make a point about TOUTS.

Why should we bring London to standstill and inconvenience the public.

But how do we put across a point when the P.C.O and the tout squad find difficult to do their job.

As for the arresting officer, in this video, (no comment) I think that I will leave that for you to imagine
