  • @Stopdropburn I don't know why you're fighting so hard to make a point. Everyone has an opinion, everyone is entitled to one. I stated my opinion, and you can't tell me that it is wrong nor can you persuade my way of thinking. I never forced my opinion unto you, so I don't know why you are trying to do exactly that. When I say sellout I mean people like... Avril Lavigne, and no one can dispute the fact that she sold out hard. Regardless, this is silly.

  • @alex2003294 AND, bands change their sound all the time, often for the better. Look at the Beatles, the Rolling Stones, two HUGE bands, that completely transformed their music after the British invasion of the states, waaay for the better. It's not selling out, it's evolving. I understand some bands DO change their sound for the wrong reasons, but it isn't synonymous with selling out. Bands often change for the better, and FOR the love of their fans, which is not a bad thing.

  • @alex2003294 Turkey? Ok? I get what you're saying, but even then, who decides that a band is a selling out if they're making music that THEIR fans love? Again I say, when YOU'RE (Not you specifically) a fan, you have no right to decide what selling out is for that band. No idea what they do behind scenes, how hard they work, what contracts they're bound to, what their goals and dreams are as artists, etc.

  • @Stopdropburn Listen you turkey, I never said that they're sellouts if they start making money. They could be the most famous band in the world, but if they're still making the music they love and they're making it for them, as opposed to making what the people want to hear, and they still won't be sellouts. When I say sellouts I'm talking about the bands that change their music once they become recognized in order to please the masses.

  • Wtf? Ponies did not bring me here. USS brought me here.....cuz you know, they're pretty awesome.

  • @alex2003294 I disagree. Any artist that becomes recognized and actually starts making money is considered a "sell out" by everyone these days...as if they don't need to make money for what they're doing. It's a job, and fans have no right to decide what the artists intentions are from the start, or what "selling out" consists of. I hate hearing everyone rant that all good bands sell out. When they stop making music to just use people for monetary gain, then they've sold out. IMO.

  • as...WEIRD as it is...my mom got me started on USS. I love them :D

  • @TheKevsto i don't get it either. They're pretty much unheard of here in michigan. I heard about them when welding the c came out and i thought they'd take off.

  • I found them out by hearing them on the radio.

After that, this song especially I've never stopped listening too.

Also awesome that they're from Toronto. :)
