That's funny my arab friend gave me that core. I thought you can core any fruit or vegetable. I tried to use it for apples, but you can imagine it didn't work and since ever I never used it. Now I know what to use it for and how to use it. I want to try this food. It looks so easy and so delish. I like the way you simplify the cooking. Thank you so much.

I just have a few questions
I just wanted to know whether your recipes are from a certain country or whether you get them from different places in the middle east
Because i have tried so many aubergine dishes and they all taste so different from eachother
I tried one dish which was from iraq, i think baghdad and also from northern iraq
Called 'tepsi' or 'tapsi'
Could you please do a video on this if posible
I really love that dish but i can never get it right
No matter how many times i

@MsKaylachristine yes you can do any vegetable, peppers, tomatoes, potatoes etc.
I guess you can use the big eggplant but be sure that it cooks all the way through :)

I made this with some farm raised venison instead of beef, and i put in a half a cup of shredded asiago and 3 cloves chopped garlic into the stuffing. It was pretty good.
