The Federal tax code is an overgrown monster. A dorky,
mechanical monster held together with a bunch of tattered red tape and driven around by squirrely bureaucrats. The scary part is that we've been slaves to something this ridiculous as
long as we have.

What would happen if we 'scrapped' all 82,000 pages of the current tax code, and started over? For far too long, we've been the hapless victims of a monstrously dysfunctional tax code. Find out how Herman Cain's "9-9-9 Plan" can slay the Tax Monster!

  • Herman Cain was one guy I would have voted for . The rest of the pack Dems & Republicans are a bunch of clowns . Thats the tradgedy .

  • Ron Paul for president.

  • cool fuunny and humiliating

  • I don't understand one point. If the tax rate on a loaf of bread drops from 30-40% to a mere 9%, and the loaf becomes much cheaper to make, then why does the out of pocket cost "stay about the same, maybe a little bit less?" Shouldn't the cost be much lower? That matters to me a lot more than transparency.

  • So crazy it just might work!

  • @acuyra And I'm not saying the tax code is perfect, or that things can't be made better, or that it's not something America needs to work on. But Herman and his made up numbers aren't the messianic answer that some people think it is.

  • @professorglock

So you admit the first one you just made up?

  • @acuyra I simply pointed out 3 things the video mentions. It would be nice if you didn't just reject claims and instead investigated them (with some research or an example of why they are false). For example, I know the latter two to be true--number (2) is a simple fact one encounters in economics and number (3) I can see from my paycheck.

  • @professorglock It must've really hurt pulling those numbers out of your ass.
