Inferno aftershock: 8 killed by shell at arsenal clean-up

Such awful things like this happens every day in every country =) Lets just remember yeasturday news:

1. USA had all chances to make one of its states to become the sacond Chernobyl.

2. England was sanding 1 pair of skis and a pack of 5 bullets per 1 soldier to it's army during Iraq company =)
