  • I love his voice so much, its fun to imitate and its music to listen too.

He was great director and pretty darn good actor, I still say his performance in Chinatown is one of the greatest villian roles in the history of cinema.

  • I am awestruck by the grandiosity of those ten minutes and fifty seconds

  • I DRINK YOUR MILKSHAKE!

  • John Houston, besides his phenomenal directing and acting accomplishments, has a unique voice. Not just a speaking voice, but a STORYTELLER'S voice. I could listen to this man read the phone book, that's how engaging his vocal tones are...

  • One of the greatest directors who ever lived. Not to mention having the most memorable voice of all of them.

  • @PostcardMike Awww... you beat me to it.
