Prius XM Problems Part 1

Problems with my 2007 Toyota Prius XM part 1.
The factory installed XM radio will sometimes go in and out. Sometimes it won't tune at all. Both of those cases are rare, probably 1 out of 50 times that I turn the car on, but still annoying. Turning the radio power on and off does nothing. The only way to fix it is to actually turn the car off and then back on. This only applies to XM and not to AM/FM/CD.
