Internationally renowned speaker and theologian Ravi Zacharias along with John Lennox, distinguished professor and lecturer at Oxford University, will discuss the legitimacy of the Christian faith in their message, on February 26, 2009 at 7pm at the Atlanta Civic Center.

Skeptics say God is unverifiable and putting faith in him is nothing short of delusional. Many atheists feel God is just a trick or a deception like the Tooth Fairy or the Easter Bunny.

  • MORE CHRISTIANITY NONSENSE !

  • @therealrobvandam The love of money is not the root of all evil but of many evils!!!

  • @risingsonseven Where is the Bible fallable or imperfect?

  • @risingsonseven No I werent going to say that!... though I might have made a small inference to the bible there. But irrelevant to the book. Surely if God is real. If you sincerely asked him, With an open heart and mind, to who he is. Regardless of your beliefs/ religion.

Surely he is obligated to tell you!!!

I just showed that this is infact a promise in the bible, but regardless of the bible it should still be true.

Asking God himself if he exists, not humans. Or a book.

    Sincerely!

  • @risingsonseven God WOULDNT****** give u a brain if he didnt want you to use it, doubt, analyse , etc.......CORRECTION TO MY EARLIER POST.

  • Our definition of who or what a god is supposed to be, is important. Do we believe in some hazy dream like bearded father god who wears a tunic or something?

Or like the wizard of oz, is this god, not who he appears to be, or what the institution has told you he is, or whatever.

Get over your fear of doubt. "GOD" would give you a brain if it didnt want you to doubt. But an imposter God would probably scare primitive minds with eternal hell if they did doubt.

    Let my people think.

  • @Duplooytim. Im talking about in the eyes of an impartial observer using science and reason. Non biased person. IM CLEARLY AWARE THAT THE BIBLE GIVES AN ANSWER TO WHO GOD IS.

We already know this, and im very aware of this having read and listened to Ravi for years.

But your answer assumes already that the bible is 100% infallible or perfect. And its not. Your response absolutely no different from an impassioned Muslim's answer to this.

"But islam is false" Wont cut it here.

  • @risingsonseven

The God who's name is "the lord"

The creator of heaven an earth.

Ask God himself to reveal himself to you with a sincere heart. Surely if he is God he will make himself known to you!

HE infacts promises.. That if you seek him with all your heart you will find.him. If God exists you will find him if you were sincere and spent some serious time to find him.

But you must understand your sin... And give it over to God. All your lies, your cheating, lusting stealing, ect.

  • Another good question would be to ask about what or who is the 'Moral Law Giver'. Does it neccasarrily have to mean a divine person in heaven that gave it? Can there be some being out there that produces laws like this coming from its own thoughts? Is that being or force just personal? Can it be impersonal in a way?

What God is or could be is worth looking into.

  • 4:35-5:02 he pretty much destroyed humanist right there, lol
