Week 11: didn't worked out because I was to busy with my study
Week 12: I was sick

My planche improvement went back to the level of week 5/6 T__T
this makes me realize how hard it is to gain strength for the the planche!
I will upload more vids of my planche when I get back in shape!

My goal: Planche push ups before summer 2011 8-)

  • i dont get this so for not training for 2 or 3 weeks u became weak that doesnt make any sense anyway keep it up ^^

    I failed continuing training... This is such a impossible move! if you get lazy for a few weeks you become weak! believe me! unless you have tried it yourself
