No, she understands that her chomosomes say that she is a he, but that she also understands that she is most definitly a she, no matter what her chomosomes say. And "wannabe she?" What makes a woman? No.... really? I think she understands quite well that she was born an XY male, and I also think she understands quite well that her chomosomes do not align with her personality, her "self" if you will.
