No secrets, simple, exactly. That's how it is meant to be! Sticky hands is irrelevant in real combat, also true. It is just a training method for punching power, reflexes, timing ... Maybe it's not hard to understand but in that case you should be worried because obviously you didn't understand anything if you thought sticky hands were supposed to have direct applications in combat.

Actually Ving Tsun fighters don't fight like you see in the video. This is not a fight, just an exercise. Of course this is not how a real fight looks like.
