This is an exerpt from a Two-CD set, available on CD Baby containing the radif of Morteza Mahjubi performed by Fakhri Malekpour on Persian-Tuned piano in the syle of Morteza Mahjubi. Biography from the album jacket:

Fakhri Malekpour, the safekeeper of late Morteza Mahjubi's artistic heritage, was born in 1935 in Tehran, Iran. She started learning music playing the piano at the age of nine, studying it for twelve consecutive years with Morteza Mahjubi. She learned Iranian radif music and all of her ostad's compositions and pieces.

There was a deep and strong emotional bond between the teacher and his student. He eventually transferred all his musical characteristics and the essence of his work to her. This enabled Fakhri to play the piano which is a completely European instrument in a unique style that leaves an impression of a traditional Iranian instrument in the audience's mind.

All the finesse and special technique of the master's performances with its rolls (ghalt), tremolo (tahrir) and accents (tekyeh) strongly and robustly in a sweet and impressive way is reflected in her work. In this technique, the left hand accompanies the right hand mostly by imitating the right hand and accentuating the tonic, depending on the context as well as personal taste. Shaahed and main notes of each goosheh are performed in the form of vakhan (recite) or with Iranian scale (favasel), similar to plucked instruments and arpeggios are seldom used.

Malekpour also studied music with other well-known masters of Iranian music including Ahmad Ebadi, Adib Khansari and Abdol Hossein Shahnazi. She was influenced by Hossein Tehrani for her rhythm. This gave her work a special tone that is a combination of these past generations of re-known a special tone that is a combination of these past generation of renowned masters style and methods and their performance abililty, mixed with her own personal good taste and finesse. Therefore, due to her rich background, her works can be used as a proper pattern for players of all instruments in advanced levels as well as having educational advandages for the piano players. This 150 minute radif consists of seven dastgah and five avaz as follows: Shur, Dashti, Abu Ata, Bayate Zand, Afshari, Segah, Chahargah, Mahoor, Homayoun, Bayat Esfahan, Nava, Rast panjgah.
