photoshop animation- image transitions

my first experiment with photoshop animation, it took me around 2 hrs to adjust both images and add some layers and create an animation so please dont expect mirracles. Im still learning modification of images in photoshop and I just found out about animation today so its basically day 1 for me. Im still trying to understand exporting options so if anybody has got any tips which ones r the best for the movie clip, Id appreciate (as it took me like 4 hrs to upload it-bonkers).
