@KALIKING16 If not, send it to the factory. There should be a limited time warranty on it. But again do it asap, and tell them why. It couldn't have been your fault. GOOD LUCK!!!

@KALIKING16 HEY Buddy, this is AirRiflePaintball, im using my other account and i got the notification through Email. I'm sure you can return it. Just do it right away asap. Just tell them there is a defect in the product. When I pumped air into my tires for my bike it burst immediately, but my other tire that i just pumped didn't i returned the defective tire, and they just ask for the recipt, and i was able to give them the broken tire, and pick up a new one. Should be the same for an Airgun.

I just bought it today from walkway and when I get back home , there's a bb already stuck in the safety button WTF!! And the safety won't go down...Do u think they will accept an exchange I have my receipt but on the Manuel it says to not return it to send it in but I need it the day after tomorrow :/

Yea, i sure it is the same rifle. Daisy probably just adds the S for marketing purposes.
