This is an actual movie (yes, real film) that Brian Goldstone made way back in 1996 or 1997. some of the footage looks even older than that, but I remember doing some of htis stuff with him back then. Amazing the difference 10 years makes.

Truly "old school" wouldn't even have front suspension. Time to dig up my old Mammoth Mtn. Kamikaze footage, about ten years older than this.

man those guys were true pioneers of shore riding. gnarly lines, roots, steeps on rigid bikes, no armour or fullface. They have balls, tip my hat to them considering the gear we have today.
