Most "owners" specifically buy these dogs for their
bred in viciousness. They are gangsta dogs for a reason.

sorry i hope someone can get back to me on this. i was looking into buyin a staff bull terrier. does this bill apply to this breed of dog aswell and if so am i not aloude to own the dog at all ?? if someone can gt back to me id realllllly appreciate it

Here`s Ontario Canada`s def`n of a pit bull

1)pit bull terrier(which isn`t a Breed)
***2)Staffordshire Bull Terrier-Breed
3)APBT-Breed
4)American Staffordshire Terrier-Breed
5)Dogs that their Gov`t says are substantially similar(not sure what that covers)

I think the cut off date is the end of Nov/05
Born before that date they`re restricted-muzzles etc
After that date they`re illegal

Get your Vet to sign papers that say your dog is not a pit bull , most will . Then tell authorities to stick it

I cant even express how angry the ontario BSL makes me. i live in ontario and anyone who sees my pitbull acts like they are standing in front of a bank robber with a ak 47...... ive had ppl run down the street and scream at the top of their lungs. My dog is well behaved and walks like a showdog. it makes no sense to me

As a Canadian I hate this law. We shouldn't have to send our dogs to the US or Quebec just so they can live. This law should be abolished.
