  • Brilliant! that is always such a hard spot for me to hit, and just from watching this i can tell how effective a stretch that is. its the exact motion i've strived for yet can never quite get. its often the simplest things that are the best, yet take someone who really knows what they're doing to point them out and instruct them in a clear way. good stuff
