Its surely an individual case. But also definitely because of the portrayal of African Americans by american through hip hop and depiction of aggressiveness, etc. Im sure they might have a legit reason beyond stereotyping, maybe most blacks who go to Japan are bad and irresponsible. It sucks that that is the case. Every race has their own whatever, but the rest is tag with that image as a whole rather then on individualism.

You Really need to contact The U.S. Department of State. They are the ones help Americans who wish to live Abroad. Also, you will need to contact The Japanese Consulate here in America. The U.S. State Department will assist you with that. I still think the web page you went to has an agenda. I was wondering if you could post the web address you went to.
