Thank you for the upload, when did this air on VH1? This is amazing footage, no one had a vcr back then. VCR's didn't become available till a few years later I think we got one in 1982.

I taped this back in 1998 I believe, they used to air classic shows like this and American Bandstand and whatnot. Back in the day now they air nothing but reality shows!

I'm 2 years younger than Michael, so I was blessed to get to be a fan right from the beginning. I remember the big arguments in the neighborhood were, "who do you like better, The Osmonds or The Jacksons?" Seriously, I never could understand anybody choosing anyone over Michael! ;)

awww man I was born 3 months after this aired. That's flippin awesome to know. And he was so beautiful. So amazingly talented. I learned about the Jacksons after I learned about Mike being I was born late. But oh how I would've loved to had been a young black girl back then...Those Jackson Boys were quite stellar. LOL Thank you for this. I feel like I'm getting to know Mike all over again
