I took this footage and I wish I had recorded a very interesting conversation afterwards where a couple of auxillary police officers talked with protesters afterwards. The police are very much aware that (in their words) "we're next" that their jobs, pensions and rights are on the cutting block as well. This black vs white, male vs female, police vs community stuff needs to stop. The corporate interests that run this country are literally forcing the population to cannibalize ourselves.

I saw this on TRMS and I'm appalled that it's happening in my country. These girls did nothing violent and nothing wrong. Closing schools may help with the budget in the short term, but it would be devastating long term. Education is an investment with great rewards. Stay strong sisters, there are people that will fight with you all across the country.

Independent studies show that the best way to spend tax dollars is on education, because better educated people earn more money, and thus pay more taxes.

The worst way to spend tax dollars is to not collect them at all from the wealthy, and to give corporate welfare to multinational corporations. The only thing that trickles down is huge deficits and a poor economy.

Judging from what has happend to this school and the comments being left on this page dont ever believe it when conservatives say they support blacks and they like blacks. Its a myth. They will swear to god that they will fix the inner cities and look at the stuff they pull.

Looking at some of these comments, I see some people have not taken religion classes or they would have realized they were laughing at themselves.

When we come back in the next life, those that were poor will be rich and those rich will be poor. Those tall will be short and those short will be tall. Those with solid business skills will lack them and vice-versa.

A school with huge success rate and helping pregnant women break a poverty cycle.

Some people in our nation unfortunately have this idea that if others are born with less access and privilege, that its fair competition and just to lean on them until they crumble. Don't ask me how that helps them or how it invigorates them, but apparently it does.

And so the very wealthy continue to skimp on taxes they owe this nation and our society, forcing everyone else to try and fight each other for crumbs
