If you want to claim having the hottest hot sauce "in the world", you must first use the hottest pepper in the world...and its not habanero buddy, ghost pepper is up to 4 times as hot (1.2 million Scoville Units, as opposed to habanero's 300,000 scovilles) one of those peppers is hotter than all your "mild sauce" combined.

Having water or ice after something hot like that will actually enhance and spread around the heat in your mouth.
Drink milk instead as it will break down the capsaicin (stuff that makes peppers hot) rather than spread it around like water does.
