A plain electric heater is VERY INEFFICIENT! NOT 100%
U can split water with voltage very efficiently a 9 volt stun gun can generate a million volts. a plane space heater uses Ampage to make heat. voltage is easy to acquire, ampage hard.

look dude...burn baby burn...who sent u? if u used solar or human or wind power to split the hho u would get(free)work! duh so if u lived by a windy place with the turbine spinning all day making energy then you use that charge to split the water that heats the highly insulated home than DUUUH.... R U EDUCATED YET? I am no genius but youve got to think outside the BOX and then theres your solution,, our brains are built to be/have the capability of being the greatest problem solving thingy ever!

This is a fancy way of making an expensive space heater. There is no energy gain in seperating water and then recombining through combustion.

Yes, I was just going to say, any plain electric heater is by definition always 100% efficient. Hence it can not be improved upon, unless you bring in other energy other than electricity. I've seen aluminum being used to extract energy from.
But water -> HHO from electrolysis -> burn can not possibly do better than running a plain old $20 electric space heater.

A bit of explanation would go a long way on making this a useful video.
