  • how much weight did u lose? and in what amount of time?

  • I was banded 7/12/11. They told me to stay away from whitemeat chicken and my favorite: calamari. I'm starving for some eggplant parmesian, but, otherwise I'm doin ok :x

  • how many cc's do you have your band filled with, oh and what band do you have? lap-band or realize band, etc...

  • Thanks for this video! I now have some great new ideas!

  • How much do you have to chew your food? Like I can imagine that you'd have to chew a little more... (I am thinking about getting Lap band done if insurance covers it)

  • I love the idea with the lunch bag a little of everything... Very help full. Thanks
