We have to do birdsong aswell this year..its awful, the motifs in it are shocking:O

God performance! I took dance for a year then stopped, didnt enjoy it as such. I do music and drama :D

jrusbridge, shhh, you obviously dont know dance very well then. Our dance was not at all bad and birdsong is a unusual yet interesting piece... our dance wasn't too bad no it was GREAT :)

did you have to study it for your gcses? cos i did and i hated every moment of it. even our teacher hates it, its a terrible dance piece. and yes find you can say your dance is better than 'not to bad'

Yeah. It's definitly an unusual and different dance lol, maybe that's why it's studied at GCSE? Thanks, you opinion can be whatever you want it to be, but for us, we enjoyed it which is what matters to us :)

please dont say it was inspired by birdsong by siobhan davies. your dance wasnt too bad, but birdsong is by far the most shocking piece of dancing EVER

What's wrong about being inspired by Birdsong? Also this dance was purely a bit of fun, it was an after exam thing. We were inspired by Birdsong's 'quirkiness' so we took that idea. It wasn't a tribute to Birdsong lol, nothing serious like that, just something we enjoyed choreographing. The quality of our dance doesn't have to match the standard of Birdsong, just as long as we enjoyed choreographing it and dancing it, that's all that should matter..
