EG6 Civic hatch b20vtec 9000 redline.

Dyno'd my (now stolen and stripped) car few years back, ~175 whp before tuning. b20 block with b17 (92 gsr) head, oem internals, and other add ons. I/H/E as well. Redline @ 9000rpm.

is that true that u have to change the pistons on a B20 if you want it Vtec???

@4peruano Technically, NO - the pistons do not determine the use of VTEC. However you should figure out if you want to go turbo or supercharged (if anything) as varying piston sizes will give you various compression output. Using a vtec head will obviously give you your vtec...when you look into this...also look into upgrading your cams among other internals for more power.

nice. yeah fuckin sucks...no car i've driven has been any more fun than the eg6. the b20 has potential to be a badass setup. i thought about keeping the chassis and making it a b18 project...motor is stronger comparatively...but didn't want to get it stolen again.
