Redemption Song

A Mystic Spoonz cover of the late and great Bob Marley's Redemption Song. It was another late one, and we had the munchies . The wife had knocked up some twice baked potatoes and we could'nt wait to scran them. There very tasty and very easy to make, here's what you do ........
ingrediants.
potatoes
bacon
button mushrooms
spring onions
cheese..

Bake your potatoes but coat in butter to keep the skins soft,
while there cooking, grill your bacon , fry your mushrooms and prepare your spring onions.
once your potatoes are done, cut them in half scoop out the potatoe and mash, i use mustard mayo to mix in while mashing. once mashed nice and smooth , add all your other stuff , mix together and fill your potatoe skins back up, add grated cheese on top pop back in the oven till cheese is melted and browned slightly . And thats it, enjoy...... you can use a variaty of fillings , when mashing add brie and mix in some cranberries, there nice too. ..... Thanks for watching, please rate and comment.
