Several of the images displayed are clearly CG renderings.
I suspect this is planted by a political hack trying to take the focus away from detroit's massive urban decay and crime, trying to gin-up the theory that all is not bad and things are getting better. The names first noted are academics.
One vid does not make a dreamy story; watch the many others on your right regarding the loss of a major US city.
