Police In Center of Smoke Free Illinois Violations

Bloomington Police respond to a bar patron ejected (assaulted) from bar, virtually step over bar patrons openly violating Smoke-Free Illinois Act. A man exits bar and stands right next to police officer and lights up a smoke in clear violation of the Smoke-Free Illinois Act. Other patrons join in and they are literally steps away violating the law right in front of the Bloomington Police. This combined with the police letting vandals hide in this bar despite video evidence and an eyewitness, no wonder no one has confidence in our police when it comes to crime in this bar district. Its embarrassing.
