man this song always gets me jacked up... the concept of concrete and steel makes me feel like pumping some iron. definitely a staple of my lifting playlist. not a body builder or even really tough but i sure do love to keep in shape.

Back in the ealy 90's when I was working on the Jamestown Bridge in R.I. we were in the pre cast making a bridge segment and this song came on.Hard work, grunting and sweating,but rock and roll will pull you through
